The people in our photographs

We photograph events openly, as the official media partner or the commissioned photographer, with the organiser's agreement. Photographs on this site show our work and the events they came from, and are used for marketing only.

We publish moments from the event: speakers, panels, the room and the conversations around it. We do not publish anything taken privately, and we do not sell photographs of attendees to anyone.

Asking for a photo to be removed

If you are in a photograph on this site and would rather not be, email us with the page link or a screenshot. We take it down within five business days, and you do not need to give a reason.

Photographs already delivered to the event organiser are theirs to use under their agreement with us. We will pass your request on to them as well.

Getting your photos

Attended an event we covered? Use Request your images on any gallery, or email us, and we will send you the full-resolution files of you.

Who owns the photographs

Every photograph on this site is the work and property of VJSnapp. Clients receive a licence to use their photographs for marketing, social media and press, as set out in their agreement.

Please do not copy, edit or republish photographs from this site without asking first. If you share one with permission, a credit to VJSnapp is appreciated.

What this website collects

Almost nothing. There are no forms, no accounts, no advertising trackers and no cookies.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits to each page. It works without cookies and does not identify you. The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, and the typeface loads from Google Fonts, which sees the same basic request any website does.

When you email us

We use your email only to reply and to arrange work with you. We never sell it or add you to a mailing list, and we delete our correspondence with you on request.

Questions

Email us at any time. VJSnapp is a media brand of StudentSucceed, based in Boston.
